Where do you buy property?
We will buy property anywhere in the UK, we are nationwide.
Do you charge for viewing my property?
Is there a charge for your service?
How long does the process take?
This is completely up to you. We can exchange contracts within 24 hours if you wish.
Are you flexible on your terms?
Yes, to a certain degree. Let us know what you have in mind and we will try our best to accommodate you.
When do I need to vacate the property?
There’s no set date on this, it’s entirely up to you and how quickly you want to sell. You may even decide to rent back the property from us after the purchase.
How much will you give me for my property?

Why are you better than using an estate agent?
There are lots of reasons. We offer a quicker sale than any estate agent could dream of for their customers. We also don’t charge any fee for the sale and we will pay your legal costs. Beat that!
If you don't charge a fee, what's in it for you?
We are property investors. An estate agent makes its money by being a messenger between two parties. We make our money from the house itself by using it as an investment.
Do you pay for referrals?
Yes we do. We will pay a percentage of the purchase price to you if the sale goes through.
Is there a deposit charge?
No. The sale is too quick to make this necessary.
Do you buy land?
Do you buy tenanted properties?
Do you buy dilapidated properties?
What if I have mortgage in arrears?
No problem, we can stop a repossession even in the very late cases.
Do I need my own solicitor?
You can use your own solicitor if you wish, but if you need to sell your home quickly and want to save cash then we recommend using ours to minimise the time it takes to complete the sale.
Will I have to pay solicitor fees?
Not always. If you use our recommended solicitor then we will actually pay all the fees for you!
Do I need to pay for a HIP?
No. Trust Quick Sales are private investors, that means the law does not require us to have a HIP.
